The majority of bag and pouch orders over $110 Inc GST qualify for free shipping. Orders below this threshold ship at a flat rate of $17.50.

Orders are typically picked and packed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST/AEDT), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sale periods or peak times, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed if there are delays.

Typical delivery timeframe once dispatched is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves our warehouse. If you don’t see this, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Authority to Leave (ATL) may be applied by some carriers. If a safe place is not available, a card may be left for collection or re-delivery.

We can deliver to most PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Very large or heavy consignments may require a street address.

Remote/regional deliveries may take longer than the estimate above.

We currently ship within Australia (metro & major regional areas). If you’re outside this area, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
