• Custom digital print: typically 10–15 business days from artwork sign-off.
• Cut-off: orders placed after 12pm (AEST/AEDT), on weekends or public holidays are processed next business day.
• Delivery (once dispatched): metro 1–5 business days; regional/remote may take longer.
• Tracking details are emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse. Authority-to-Leave may be used by some carriers.
• PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers are fine for most consignments; very large/heavy orders may require a street address.
